Using Hypnosis for Chronic Worrying Tap into Subconscious Power

Worrying is a form of fear – that the bad things will happen, and that I won’t know what to do with it. Of course, you worry about your future – because you can’t do anything about it.

When it’s in the future, you can’t comprehend it. All the pieces are not there yet. To want to do something about it is like me telling you, “I bought you a puzzle. There are 500 pieces to it. It is going to arrive next week, but I want you to put them together today.”

Worrying only creates the ineffectiveness of living life in this moment, while it does nothing for the future. We all know that it’s no use to worry, that it’s not a healthy habit to do, yet some of us seem not able to stop it.

Hypnotherapy helps you find out what the perceived gain is through this “habit” because your subconscious mind won’t hang on to any habit unless there is a perceived gain. Anything that your subconscious mind doesn’t perceive that serves you, you let it go automatically and instantly.

Perceptions can be changed. And together, we can bring understanding to the subconscious mind. Then, you become more centered and enjoy being in the Now. You don’t really have to let go of worry. Worry lets go of you.
