Decision Making and Inner Conflicts Saving Dilemma with Hypnotherapy

  • Should I leave this relationship, or should I stay?
  • Which tone do I take when I write the letter to him?
  • Which book cover will give me the best result?
  • Is it better to take job offer A, or B?
  • There are many decisions we need to make throughout life. Sometimes it’s black and white. Sometimes it’s 75% verses 25%.

    hypnotherapy for decision making

    Which way?

And then sometimes it’s 50% and 50%. We do hard thinking, and we second guess ourselves. We give the power to a coin – whichever side shows up, we feel we have to toss it again, and again… until we get farther and farther down to the highway of confusion.

We want to make “the best” decisions, but then we don’t have enough information at the moment to define the best. We project into a future, but future is very slippery. We write down pros and cons on a piece of paper, but we get frustrated because emotional involvement is not just a matter of data.

Using hypnotherapy, I have helped a lot of people with clarity in decision making and dilemma solving. The reason hypnotherapy is effective in resolving inner conflicts and making decisions is that We have a conscious mind that thinks, analyses, rationalizes and figures everything out, we also have a subconscious mind that emotes, takes actions and associates. Only when two minds are being consulted will we make an informed decision with more peace and certainty.

Needless to say, sometimes it is not even a choice of “either” this, “or” that. Through hypnotherapy, inner creativity can be touched, so we may find a win-win situation. It’s as if, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind come together, and find a solution that satisfies both minds, and situations. When that level of clarity is reached, it feels very liberating and exciting.

I love helping people get out of indecisiveness, and find clarities, either in their personal or professional life.
