Hypnotherapy is a powerful clinical tool that trains and communicates directly with our unconscious mind, which is the source or root of many of our behaviours, emotions, attitudes and motivations. Hypnotherapy is also an exceptionally gentle and effective way of attaining personal goals and making lasting changes with ease. It can also facilitate healing in the body and help to dissolve illness and dis-ease. Hypnotherapy accesses memories, changes perception and creates improvements in our lives. These amazing transformations are achieved through the use of hypnosis, or direct communication with the unconscious mind.

The unconscious mind controls our emotions, beliefs, self-esteem, immune systems, and bodies. It influences what we think, how we feel, the choices we make, and the actions we take.

Some call it subconscious mind. Out of our normal awareness, the part of mind is the authentic treasure chest, filled with the riches of who we truly are. Our personality, perceptions, intuition, inner wisdom and creativity all reside within it. Hypnosis creates the bridge to attain access to all of these inner riches so that you may shape and form your life as you’d like to experience it.

Although we normally regard hypnosis as a trance-like state, it is actually a normal and natural altered state of consciousness.  In fact, after experiencing hypnosis sessions, many people question whether they really have been hypnotized.  This is because, although people expect it to be quite strange, hypnosis is quite a normal state.

Hypnosis is safe, non-invasive, and enjoyable. As compared with traditional counselling or psychotherapy, clients can expect rapid improvement. Change happens at the very first session.

Based on a study cited by American Health Magazine, a survey of psychotherapy literature by Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D. revealed the following recovery rates:

• Psychoanalysis 38% recovery after 600 sessions
• Behavior Therapy 72% recovery after 22 sessions

My Approach

I do not follow a ready-made formula but work individually with each client. 

Every ailment, distress, pain, and anguish in your life has brought you to face something so you become a person more true to yourself. In fact, “become” here is not quite the right word. “Realize” is a better one.

My approach is to use whatever comes up in your life this moment to have you “realize” more of your true nature, to raise your vibration, and function on a higher level.

Sometimes I don’t even do formal “inductions” to hypnotize you. we just have a conversation. And the questions I ask you can’t have answers from conceptualized headspace. You have to go within to access that inner knowingness to find the answer. Thus you are truly your own master. And I help you facilitate the accessing part.

My Ideal Clients

Not everyone is my ideal client. If you think that hypnosis is a magic pill, that it can do things to you or make you do things, then I am not a good fit for you. I work very well with people who have done some of their own inner work, be it soul searching, inner curiosity, other types of practice such as meditation, journaling, or arts, and who are interested in Inner Peace, not just in outer achievements. People who take responsibility for their own life, and who can allow themselves to shift from inside are people with whom I consider myself a good fit.
