My New Year Present

Who’d think that I’d work on the New Year’s Day? No me. But I had forgotten to block my online calendar, which has become a public space online, for that day off. Or maybe I simply assumed that nobody would want to book a hypnotherapy session on this day, therefore didn’t bother.

Obviously that was not the case for Heather and Linda.

So it was too late. Surprise! I found that on the New Year’s Day, I had to work.

Both of them indicated that they wanted a Past Life Regression. So on this first day of a new year, before moving forward in time, two women want to go back, to view what they were.

Our Space Brothers

From time to time, I am contacted by people who had some “other worldly” experiences, namely experiences with extraterrestrial beings, be it sightings, encounters of all sorts or even abductions.

I found the biggest struggle with these people is not necessarily the experiences themselves – They have survived, obviously, no matter how out of control they felt in those situations – but that they cannot make sense of the experiences. They suffer from the lack of sense-making therefore the inability to share the experiences with others.

One man in his fifties I’ll call Johnny had multiple times of close encounters with those space beings, and he came to see me self-diagnosed as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder…

Does Being a Grown-up Mean Maturity?

Have you seen the 2016 English-language French-produced computer animated movie The Little Prince yet? – A Little Girl meets an eccentric old Aviator who tells her a fantastic tale about a young prince…

I enjoyed the movie, almost as much as the original classic tale. The new movie stays true to the original message of how fake we have built the world to be, and how tender our innocence is. That was moving.

From Abduction Experience to a Past Life

Recently I have had a lot of people contacting me inquiring hypnotherapy services for helping remember some alien abduction memories.

The reasons people feel they have certain memories to be retrieved are different – a sense – a glimpse – missing times – friend’s advice…

As extraterrestrial or alien existence has not been acknowledged by mainstream, these people suffer from a lot of self-doubt and disbelief of their own experiences and memories.

I offer help not by believing into the “alien stuff”, nor disbelieve the “alien stuff”. I accept what the individuals have experienced is true to them, and do my very best to help them make sense of the experiences.

In hypnosis, after the trance state is induced, it is very easy to re-live the experience. Even though some would call these experiences trauma, as there was a lot of fear involved, what I have found is that the experience was not all negative. In fact, most of them were not.

Gray beings were mostly reported in the abduction phenomenon. I assume like humans, there are “good” people, and there are “bad” people with different agendas. Not all Grays are the same. After some understandable and benign abduction regressions, Vivian’s case was a surprise to me.

A Past Life Drama

I don’t have a TV set at home, but my life does not lack any stories. Doing past life regression, my work sometimes feels like watching a Hollywood drama movie, with all the plots, turns, emotions and surprising endings.

Lindsay arrived on time in the evening. And opened herself up quite immediately. There were many deaths in her life and she really wanted to find out why. She had a miscarriage, lost a son when he was 2 and half, three years ago she lost another son when he was 20, three months ago her husband Doug died. Drug, Rape and Hypnotherapy

Neither of the women had any conscious memory of the incidents, but both had “lost times”. Later after they were woke up, they were told that they were drunk and fell into sleep. Yet signs such as body marks, scratches, pains and in one case bleeding told them something else might have happened. And one woman said, “I know a glass of wine and two cranberry-juice-and-vodkas wouldn’t make me so drunk.” She also started to have nightmares weeks after that night of losing memory. When they confronted those people they were with, they told stories, but they seemed nervous, as if they were hiding something.

What We Learn from a Past Life Suicide

A female client of mine was regressed to a past life of Isabelle, a woman full of life. In that regression session, we first landed at a harbour where she just arrived, after a long journey on a steamship. She was 25, very excited for this solo journey. She used the expression “I am drinking every moment” to describe how exuberant she felt. Further conversation we realized she just arrived in Paris from the state of Nebraska. “It’s my first time here. Finally I’m here!”
