The Dragonfly

This morning, I found this piece I wrote in 2017 and decided to use it for this month’s blog post. I’m currently travelling in the Netherlands. I left the draft of this blog post on my computer screen and headed for Hilversum, today’s agenda. The moment I pulled my phone out to take a picture in the beautiful purple flower field, a dragonfly landed on my phone. I could not take a picture of my phone with a dragonfly on it when I needed it to take a picture. I called my partner. By the time he came, the dragonfly flew away. I sighed, but my partner asked me not to move. The cute dragonfly just flew up and landed on top of my hat. How synchronistic!

Being Authentic

Some think being authentic is not telling lies, being good, doing the right things, the good things – the good-girl, good-boy syndrome. We have been programmed to think in those terms. But where does that concept of being a good girl, being a good boy really come from? It may just come from other people who want to keep you in line, who want to keep you doing what they want you to do. It has nothing to do with being authentic. It has something to do with control. It gets ingrained in us over and over again in the early years.

Feel The Feelings

Some people are just born to be hypnotherapy candidates.

29-year-old Melanie is such a person.

She is young, but she is a troubled soul. Severe weight loss, feeling weak and tired, sexually assaulted at a younger age, physical pain and emotional turmoil.

She brought to the session two full pages of “My Intentions for Hypnotherapy”. Reading those words seemed to be a daunting task. Here are summarized items that she wanted to release through hypnotherapy:

All fear, shame, guilt, sadness, anger, depression and anxiety through past life regression, future life progression and parallel probable lives.
Rape – feeling soiled, dirty and self harm.
Bullying – feelings of being a victim; feelings of being trapped. Helplessness.
Feelings of being unworthy and unwanted.
Physical – parasites, fatigue, feelings out of body, food restrictions, weight loss.
Failure to thrive, feeling of starving….

Soul Eclipse

Is there a difference between darkness and evil?

Without doing their own thinking, many people would not even hesitate a second and say, “It’s the same.”
Treating darkness and evil the same is the source of a lot of our problems, mental, emotional, spiritual, even physical.

Mentally, when we treat them the same, we immediately get into the dualistic energy, and we become judgemental. We all say it’s not good to judge – but “it’s not good to judge” itself is a judgement, yet we cannot help but judge, to a degree that I hear a lot from my hypnotherapy clients, “Well, everyone judges. We can’t help it, even though it’s not good.”

That statement doesn’t have to be true. We only judge when we lose the balance of light and dark.

So, is there a difference between darkness and evil?

I say, “Yes.”

What are You Afraid of?

There is no dark secret in your subconscious mind. There is no dirty disgusting thought in your deep mind. There is no shame there. There is no boredom there.

Your secrets might be common human wounds. Your darkest thoughts might be common human misunderstandings. Your boredom might be common human need for love. Fragmented mind is not who you are. The wholeness is what we want, and what we already are. To be it, it helps that we have all aspects of the mind on board, and love can be easily expressed.

The first step is always the willingness to look at it as it is, honestly.

Hypnosis for Manifestation 1

Hypnosis for Manifestation

The beginning of a new year always gives us a lot of refreshed energy to have dreams and goals renewed. It provides a new outlook for things and opportunities that we’d like to manifest in our lives.

The process of manifestation is not exactly the same as goal setting and achieving. Traditional goal setting is more controlled and planned. It is more focusing on action taking. There is often some forceful energy in goal setting.

Can everyone be hypnotized?

Pretending is a powerful act. Everyone knows how to pretend. You can pretend until you pretend so well that you can pretend that you are not pretending anymore.

Dialogue with A “Pain Body” in Hypnotherapy

Using the technique that we call “Parts Therapy” in hypnosis, I asked what the reason was for Emanuel to hang on to cigarettes, a voice came through and identified itself as “the smoke”. It has a different tone from Emanuel, like a separate entity, who, upon my request, decided to name himself “Cool”.

Fight or Flight Response – An Alien Component Within Human Psyche

Some people say that there is an extraterrestrial society of beings called the Reptilians who represent a negative race and that they are biased towards negativity. They say the Reptilian society is humanoid that is mixed with a snake-like structure or mixed DNA therefore it has some attributes of reptiles.

Stop Feeling Responsible for Unconscious Process 0

Stop Feeling Responsible for Unconscious Process

It is amazing how people feel consciously responsible for stuff that is actually generated by their unconscious mind. The embarrassment is the conscious mind trying to feel it needs to control the situation when the situation is caused unconsciously which means they cannot control the way conscious mind thinks. For example, I can have much more conscious control over whether I speak rudely to someone, of which means I can take the responsibility, than whether I blush or hiccup or blink, which I can’t be responsible for.
