How Hypnotherapy Can Help You with Emotional Eating

In this 36-minute podcast, Bethany Gettis and I spoke of food, New Year Resolutions, letting go of control, diets, parenting, and how memories work. At one point, I spoke of how our mind is like a mansion with many rooms, and memories are housed in each room (therefore memories are state-based). Just as I finished saying that, I got carried away by my analogy, and wandered into another room in the mansion of my mind. I had to ask Bethany, “Sorry, what was your question again?” to get back on track. We all get sidetracked by our minds, it is how memories work. I laughed at it when I was watching the Podcast video tonight.

Coming Out of Life

I breathe in the fragrance of my herbs and flowers. I planted them. Miracle grew them. And now I am grown by them. They are my teachers, as everyone and everything is my teacher.

Between two big rocks, there can be very limited soil, so limited that the eyes cannot see, but a tiny little flow can grow out of it. Life! Fragile but forever strong. Forever beautiful that’s who I am.

Awakening Warrior Within

One thing I love working with people doing past life regression is that the hypnotherapist – that’s me – may find the depth and height of herself in the work she does. It’s very rewarding, on the soul level. And it feels so good!

It all started seven months ago. I began to work with two women for past life regression therapy. They are co-workers and very good friends with each other, both in nursing field.

One of them I’ll call Dana. We had instant rapport on the first meeting. I felt complete ease and flow with her. She went to a lifetime where she was a very famous historical figure – Joan of Arc. She called herself Jeanne with French pronunciation.
