Brenda’s Teardrop is her ego. The ego is the mind-made entity that consists of a bundle of thoughts that occur frequently. In the bundle of thoughts are all the things that we’ve identified with ourselves – job positions, relationships, accomplishments, disappointments, our successes and failures, what other people think of us, all those thoughts form in the mind. They come together and congregate in a bundle. These congregated bundles of recurring thoughts become the place where we derive our sense of self. It is a story-based entity – The Me and my story. And the story is called “My Life”. My life becomes a mental construct. The way we interpret memories.

We can experience the high road, the low road or the invisible road, but we can only have experience. Doubt tells us that we can make a bad choice, and we can’t. We can only experience. Doubt causes us to stay in our little human trap, causes us to stay little, to keep playing the game of “I am little.” We have more fun with doubt than just about any other energy.
Being in this profession, or maybe just like in any other professions, we meet very interesting people in very interesting ways.
Fred is such a young man. He is in his late 20’s, a computing and mathematical genius. His written and spoken skills are precise, scientific, articulate, and illustrative. He told me he has taken some courses in NLP (Neuron-Linguistic Programming) when he showed up. And I could see that he certainly knew how to do his thinking. His “problem” was more on social skills, or it seemed.
To assist some of my workshops, I have made a Theory of the Mind.
This oval mind is not a closed system though. It has access to the universal mind – the power and Intelligence that has been named by many. It will enable you to solve any problem, overcome any obstacle, and achieve any goal that you sincerely desire.
Recently I have had a lot of people contacting me inquiring hypnotherapy services for helping remember some alien abduction memories.
The reasons people feel they have certain memories to be retrieved are different – a sense – a glimpse – missing times – friend’s advice…
As extraterrestrial or alien existence has not been acknowledged by mainstream, these people suffer from a lot of self-doubt and disbelief of their own experiences and memories.
I offer help not by believing into the “alien stuff”, nor disbelieve the “alien stuff”. I accept what the individuals have experienced is true to them, and do my very best to help them make sense of the experiences.
In hypnosis, after the trance state is induced, it is very easy to re-live the experience. Even though some would call these experiences trauma, as there was a lot of fear involved, what I have found is that the experience was not all negative. In fact, most of them were not.
Gray beings were mostly reported in the abduction phenomenon. I assume like humans, there are “good” people, and there are “bad” people with different agendas. Not all Grays are the same. After some understandable and benign abduction regressions, Vivian’s case was a surprise to me.
The beginning of a new year always gives us a lot of refreshed energy to have dreams and goals renewed. It provides a new outlook for things and opportunities that we’d like to manifest in our lives.
The process of manifestation is not exactly the same as goal setting and achieving. Traditional goal setting is more controlled and planned. It is more focusing on action taking. There is often some forceful energy in goal setting.
The Flight-or-Flight Response is built into our human biology. The reptilian brain, by far the oldest and simplest part of our brain, is responsible for our survival. It is a system from ancient times which caused an individual to either fight or run for protection when real physical danger was present, such as a large hungry animal. Today people don’t have to face the issue of survival on a daily basis. Yet this component still exists in our biology and can be easily activated, in most people, when a danger is real or when it is just imagined to be real, such as with fear of abandonment, or fear of not being good enough.
