It’s always encouraging and inspiring for me to work with young people. Many young people who came to see me for spiritual regression are very in-tune with their inner being and inner truth. And they make excellent hypnotic subjects. I doubt that these people will ever form some sort of identity with what they believe.
I’ve always found this word “selfish” intriguing. It’s such an empty word by itself yet there are so many loaded meanings and emotions to it. An artificial word, yet a powerful label.
To be labeled “selfish” is not a nice feeling for many of us so we would do whatever it takes to avoid being labeled as such, mostly, to try to put the happiness of others ahead of our own.
And it’s such a popluar ideal throught human history in most cultures that a lot of people give up what makes them happy to “fit in” the consensus. the problem is, general consensus is just a bunch of ideal, concepts and labels that are all so empty inside.
The applications of hypnosis are only limited to what a person wants to be limited to. The religious, cultural and personal beliefs play a big role in our daily life as well as in hypnotic state, which is more expereiential, but how one interprets the experience is still subjected to beliefs.
Hypnotic state is such a cool state that one of the most heard questions after a person is emerged is, “Is this real?”

Mind is fascinating, because everybody has one, if not more, yet there’s so much that we don’t know about the mind. Who, except those lucky ones who do nothing else in their life but meditation, can really say that they know 100% of their mind?
I have also had clients who told me excitedly on the follow-up phone call of all the changes in their life: For some reason, the creativity is flowing freely now. For some reason, I don’t agonize on the decisions anymore, even though the decision hasn’t been made. I am okay in this situation now. For some reason, I smoke less cigarettes now, I just don’t feel like it as much as I used to. For some reason… – by the way, I don’t think I was hypnotized. At least I didn’t go deep into trance. I’m not sure if hypnosis works for me.
Do you have a voice in your head that criticizes your every move or is it 100% self-supporting?
The inner voice is a habit, but a habit is only a habit when it stays unconscious. When you learn to be aware of it, then it becomes a choice. I’ve learned to catch those inner talks, trying so hard to paint a picture of “self”, either negative or positive, and of course, as you can imagine, mostly, indeed, negative.
Every smoker has their own reasons for smoking. Everyone can find their own way of quitting and staying smoke-free in their own time, but it’s never too late to quit, because your body will forgive you.
