I feel this 1970 movie was made for me when I first saw it. It started right with hypnosis induction. As the scene unfolds, we see it’s a hypnosis class for doctors. There’s a student subject doing demo. While Dr. Marc Chabot, professor of psychiatry, regresses him back in time, a girl in audience is regressed back to 5 years old spontaneously. Daisy Gamble is so hypnotizable that she talks herself into trance again when awakened by Dr. Chabot. Daisy must be every hypnotist’s dream!

Moody, Jr. M.D. This was really a frontier book of this kind, I mean, spirit depossession by a psychologist not a “psychic”! – It’s funny though, when I say a “psychologist not a psychic”, it feels as if it gives more credibility as there’s “science” component in it; but does it really? Dr. Fiore’s spirit depossession work was based on hypotism, up till today, a lot of people still think hypnotism makes no difference from woo-woo, not a real “science”.
