Some people say that there is an extraterrestrial society of beings called the Reptilians who represent a negative race and that they are biased towards negativity. They say the Reptilian society is humanoid that is mixed with a snake-like structure or mixed DNA therefore it has some attributes of reptiles.
It is amazing how people feel consciously responsible for stuff that is actually generated by their unconscious mind. The embarrassment is the conscious mind trying to feel it needs to control the situation when the situation is caused unconsciously which means they cannot control the way conscious mind thinks. For example, I can have much more conscious control over whether I speak rudely to someone, of which means I can take the responsibility, than whether I blush or hiccup or blink, which I can’t be responsible for.
Sitting on the couch explaining to me why she was attracted to have Past Life Regression sessions at the young age of 25, Angela starts a lot of sentences with the phrase “I guess…” I notice this unconscious habit of hers. It seems to me she always has to guess herself.
Who needs “protection” from the world when you have connection with it? Deep connection comes from the willingness to be the authentic you, even it’s “imperfect”. The sense of worthiness doesn’t come from you being perfect according to your thoughts. It comes from you being okay, even though there is part of you wating to hide, to be on exhile. When you own it, and be okay with it, you are authentic. Herein lies our freedom – from the power of vulnerability.
I am simply independently happy. The resonance of happiness I can tune in, like a child, without any object of attention, which normally serves as an excuse for this resonance.
In my earlier practice of hypnotherapy, I remember there were many times that I was surprised at the fact that, when hypnotized, many of my clients could speak words of wisdom, with which came relief, opening, and lightness; yet when they went back to their daily lives, they would forget about their own words and became again that confused and lost person stuck in the complication of their complicated life.
Inner critics want you to get what you want. Sometimes it acts like a stereotyped step-mother, beating you up to get what she thinks you should want.
Living a life, we always want things. And we do not always get what we want. It’s natural. It always has been this way; and it’ll always be this way, no matter when, where and who.
People explain to justify what they do, but it’s not based on what others’ feel or think or understand – how do they really know? It’s always based on what their own standards, as if they have to justify their own existance to themselves. It’s very uncomfortable for them to be in a place where “I do what I do because I do it”. Yet in reality, that’s the only place that we can have liberation.
A millennium has passed. A few galaxies I have travelled. Now I come back to the tank. Silence. I can’t feel any water. “Me and the water are one.” That makes a spirituality cliche. But more exactly, I can’t feel my body. I can only hear my breathing. Every inhale, I feel this blowing up expansion, boundless; every exhale, it comes back to normal, only to be blown up again. I love inhales. It feels endless, infinite, and unlimited. I’m as big as universe,
I’ve always found this word “selfish” intriguing. It’s such an empty word by itself yet there are so many loaded meanings and emotions to it. An artificial word, yet a powerful label.
To be labeled “selfish” is not a nice feeling for many of us so we would do whatever it takes to avoid being labeled as such, mostly, to try to put the happiness of others ahead of our own.
And it’s such a popluar ideal throught human history in most cultures that a lot of people give up what makes them happy to “fit in” the consensus. the problem is, general consensus is just a bunch of ideal, concepts and labels that are all so empty inside.
