A Hypnotherapy Case of Thought Form Release

This article shares a hypnotherapy case story where other people’s projected thought forms and emotions can be released. When an emotion is intense, it becomes “alive” and can be attached to a target body, without this host body knowing what’s going on. Hypnotherapy is very effective in identifying the fragmented thoughts and emotions and, releasing them when the situation is fully understood, and the lessons learned.

Strange Terrain in the Endless Frontier of the Mind

My curiosity of the phenomenon of multiple personalities, “exorcism” and thought form release led me to this book. Ralph Allison, a psychiatrist starting practicing in 1972, a pioneer treating multiple personality disorder patients and a daring soul, wrote this quite interesting case history book. Can you imagine a middle class, crew-cut, straight, Board-certified psychiatrist conducts exorcism? He had the courage to stand up to his professional peers when they threatened to throw him off of a hospital staff because he dared use unconventional therapy techniques such as hypnosis, now a major instrument of cure for many persons with MPD.

Seven Lifetimes and One Hour

Emily (not client’s real name) made the second hypnotherapy appointment with me by email. Her emails are always short and to the point. However each time she sits down in my office, and she starts to talk, she can go on and on. She uses a lot of words to describe her emotional turmoil. She says she wants to work on “letting go of fear, doubt, judgments, ego, stuff that is causing intense visceral reactions in my body, and creating problems in my life, blocking me from living my life to its fullest. And I know I unconsciously hide things that are holding me down… “

Helena’s Story – Hypnotherapy Releasing Reptilian Entity

The reason I’m writing this blog is that about 2 months ago, I saw a new client Helena. She’s a young and beautiful actress/server. She wanted to have a “regression therapy” yet for financial reasons she was only prepared for one session. That said, she was generous in putting presenting issues into the list – self-doubt and paranoid negative thoughts, over active mind, no childhood memories, night terrors, obsessiveness, unable to relax… What a complexity! And one session!

Book Review: The Unquiet Dead

I just finished reading Dr. Edith Fiore’s fascinating clinical case book The Unquiet Dead: A Psychologist Treats Spirit Possession, which was first published in 1987. The foreword is by Raymond A. Moody, Jr. M.D. This was really a frontier book of this kind, I mean, spirit depossession by a psychologist not a “psychic”! – It’s funny though, when I say a “psychologist not a psychic”, it feels as if it gives more credibility as there’s “science” component in it; but does it really? Dr. Fiore’s spirit depossession work was based on hypotism, up till today, a lot of people still think hypnotism makes no difference from woo-woo, not a real “science”.

Nevertheless, Edith Fiore does have a doctorate degree and that makes her more scientific than a lot of us.

Hypnosis in Movie: K-Pax

The use of hypnosis to help a clearly disturbed client is very interesting. Unlike many Hollywood films, this one actually took the time to get the Hypnosis methods right! I found the hypnosis sequences too authentic to be written by anyone other than a real hypnotist.
