Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives Regression for Young People 0

Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives Regression for Young People

It’s always encouraging and inspiring for me to work with young people. Many young people who came to see me for spiritual regression are very in-tune with their inner being and inner truth. And they make excellent hypnotic subjects. I doubt that these people will ever form some sort of identity with what they believe.

What She Hides Behind the Compulsive Eating 0

What She Hides Behind the Compulsive Eating

Dorti sent me a very detailed email on her weight history, medical history and compulsive eating behaviour before she came to see me. Reading her email, I felt a little lost in all the information, numbers and stories; however, the email did give me a direction to form more questions during our first meeting. Healthy eating is very important for Dorti. She plans her meals, and can stay with her plans very well during the day, however, in the evenings, she’d go binge on snacks, bread and cheese.

Selfishly Speaking 0

Selfishly Speaking

I’ve always found this word “selfish” intriguing. It’s such an empty word by itself yet there are so many loaded meanings and emotions to it. An artificial word, yet a powerful label.

To be labeled “selfish” is not a nice feeling for many of us so we would do whatever it takes to avoid being labeled as such, mostly, to try to put the happiness of others ahead of our own.

And it’s such a popluar ideal throught human history in most cultures that a lot of people give up what makes them happy to “fit in” the consensus. the problem is, general consensus is just a bunch of ideal, concepts and labels that are all so empty inside.

On a Clear Day, You can See Forever 0

On a Clear Day, You can See Forever

I feel this 1970 movie was made for me when I first saw it. It started right with hypnosis induction. As the scene unfolds, we see it’s a hypnosis class for doctors. There’s a student subject doing demo. While Dr. Marc Chabot, professor of psychiatry, regresses him back in time, a girl in audience is regressed back to 5 years old spontaneously. Daisy Gamble is so hypnotizable that she talks herself into trance again when awakened by Dr. Chabot. Daisy must be every hypnotist’s dream!

An Advanced Self-Hypnosis Book 0

An Advanced Self-Hypnosis Book

Self-Hypnotism was the first hypnotism book I ever bought, during a library book sale some years ago. At that time, I didn’t know anything more than anyone else about hypnotism. I just saw the cover, intrigued by the title, and bought it, 25 cents. The book was published many years ago (first edition in 1964?) and the used book looked old. I started to read the first couple of chapters and that was it…

It was not until years later, after my inner hypnotist was fully awakened and I

Communication with the Deceased through Hypnosis 0

Communication with the Deceased through Hypnosis

The applications of hypnosis are only limited to what a person wants to be limited to. The religious, cultural and personal beliefs play a big role in our daily life as well as in hypnotic state, which is more expereiential, but how one interprets the experience is still subjected to beliefs.

Hypnotic state is such a cool state that one of the most heard questions after a person is emerged is, “Is this real?”

Real – compared to what?

Read three totally different case histories of clients contacting, or contacted by, the deceased beloved ones in their hypnotic journey…

A Past Life Lived in Atlantis 7

A Past Life Lived in Atlantis

As I guided her into the inward journey, I borrowed her word “an ancient time”. We ended up at a place where we couldn’t exactly locate. There is a palace. There is ocean. There are pyramids; and unnamable animals and flowers. It feels ancient, yet sounds modern. Lisa as Adara in that life is a princess in a small kingdom. She studies astrology and plays harp-like instrument and flute. The name of her father, the king, sounds like “Hoden”, and I had her copy down as the way she saw her father’s name in her mind’s eye. With her eyes closed, she then wrote down some symbols (see the picture) – Atlantean language first handed, but at that time when she wrote it I didn’t know.

Be the Poem 6

Be the Poem

If you cannot be a poet, be the poem.
If you cannot be a dancer, be the dance.
If you cannot be a singer, be the song.
If you cannot be a successful somebody, be the success.
Who are you? Who do you think you are? Who do you pretend to be?
Who are you not?

Three Tips to Make Self-Hypnosis Fun and Effective 0

Three Tips to Make Self-Hypnosis Fun and Effective

One thing I saw in teaching self-hypnosis a lot was impatience. The reason people get impatient with any practice is that they want a certain outcome, and they want the outcome right now.

Attachment to outcome causes impatience; however, whenever we have fun, we don’t feel time pass. We enjoy the process and we don’t care about the ending.

So, to make your self-hypnosis practice effective, the first key is to make it fun. How do we do that?

8 Ways to Have a Happier Life with Self-Hypnosis

On one hand, Self-Hypnosis is a conscious way to re-program the subconscious mind. On another, we can use trance work to find answers and wisdom within so that we can move forward with more clarity and ease. More specifically, here are 8 ways we can benefit from Self-Hypnosis.
