Press and Media Interviews

Stories Bind Us

A podcast by Cheryl Hart Stories Bind Us. As an author herself, this 42-minute dialogue was focusing on Kemila’s journey of becoming a hypnotherapist and an author. There are many tips of writing from the two authors. The conversation also went to Past Life Regression. With Sheryl’s open-mindedness, this “controversial” subject became an easy flow.

It’s an out-of-this-world subject – Alien Abduction. Here’s the interviewer Jason Guillemette’s comments:

Once again thank you so much Kemila, for doing the podcast. I listened to it twice. Once doing dishes and the other in my car commute. Such a great topic and I was really happy with your knowledge on this issue. You’re completely professional your voice was very soothing, and your knowledge is vast.

Hypnosis Podcast with Tatiana

May 2020, as a guest speaker, Kemila was on Tatiana’s HypnoTalks – Episode 11.

Audio is available on: https://easyhypnosis.ca/hypnosis-podcast/episode-11

In this video, we discuss weight loss and how hypnosis can be used for this process. In this episode, Kemila tells us fascinating stories of a creative approach she’s using in sessions (for example, how one can use procrastination to his own advantage, for example, to procrastinate on inappropriate snacking!)

Kemila also shares with us some easy and effective hands-on tips that she uses with her weight loss clients, and one of them is a very important skill of calibrating the physical hunger.

We discuss the mind-body connection and the importance of curiosity and enjoyment in achieving a healthy weight. Kemila also shares some insights as to what the sugar craving might actually be about.

Past Lives Hypnosis Podcast

Simon Bown from the UK hosts Past Lives Hypnosis Podcast, and he is an amazing interviewer, who knows when to ask the right question at the right time. Mind you, he is a hypnotherapist himself – no surprise, eh?

I had the great pleasure to be interviewed by him this month. I tried not to sound too nervous… But you can always take it as “Kemila’s being too passionate”.

Towards the end, I mentioned a client’s email regarding his past life regression experience and what he found afterward. More stories on that can be found in this blog post.

An interview by the book publisher Smashwords, re the book Past Life Regression: A Manual for Hypnotherapists to Conduct Effective Past Life Regression Sessions:

Interview with Kemila Zsange

What made you write the book?
There was always a knowingness in me that I was going to write a book of how to Conduct Effective Past Life Regression sessions for hypnotherapy professionals, even when I was just getting certified as a new hypnotherapist. I thought at that time this idea was funny, but it was there and I was always aware of it.Then some years later, it came the time that our association had the first annual conference, and they invited me to do a presentation on Past Life Regression. While I was preparing for the presentation, it came clear to me, the material would come out a book. The whole book writing process has been very smooth and natural for me. If book writing was a journey, all I did was to take one step at a time following a natural organic path. And before I realized it, a book has been written.
Why do you think your book is helpful for hypnosis professionals?
It was surprising how many people came to my presentation in the first conference of our association. I think it tells us they are hungry for it. Not a lot of hypnosis or hypnotherapy schools go with depth into past life regression, so a hypnotherapist left school still not sure how they can conduct an effective past life regression session. This book fills that gap. It’s a book I wish I had when I first started.
Can a layperson buy your book and use it?
Absolutely. Anyone interested in doing past life regression can buy this book. A lot of well known people in hypnotherapy world self-taught themselves at the beginning.

Kemila’s article Why do we Worry? is published in the Fall 2014 issue of Health Action.

Today I saw a new client who wanted hypno- therapy to help her to stop worrying. As we talked and I thought about her issue, I realized how common it is for people to share her concern, to simultaneously worry and wish they did not.

One part inside us wants to stop worrying because we realize it doesn’t make us feel good. Worrying about something or someone brings a future possibility right into our here-and-now reality, on an emotional level. When we worry, we tell our future self or our loved ones that we do not trust him/her in dealing
with certain situations. Yet we don’t know how to stop worrying. We’ve all tried many different ways to manipulate circumstances so that we could stop worrying. Sometimes it works, but only temporarily. And then the worrying comes back and the relief wears out, because the worrying self is still part of our identity.
The worrying self as identity is strengthened by some un-questioned beliefs. An example of such a belief is that, to be safe, one must control the unknown. Hidden associations can also strengthen these beliefs and help make worrying integral to our identity, such as worrying to show someone you care… Read the full article in the magazine.

The first attached spirit releasement case in my hypnotherapy work was published on The Master Shift site. The case came as a surprise. The attached spirit was one soul from my client’s past lives.

In Feburary 2013, Canadian Health magazine had this article Hypnosis revisited- Mesmerizing! Hypnotherapy is becoming a useful medical tool, in which it mentions “One group trying to bring some consistency to hypnotherapy is the B.C.-based Association of Registered Clinical Hypnotherapists (ARCH). “ARCH came into existence because we didn’t think hypnotherapy in Canada was good enough,” says Brick Saunderson, a Vancouver-based therapist and the group’s clinical supervisor. ARCH’s purpose is to increase the standards of education and qualifications and provide a cross-Canada professional registry for hypnotherapists.”
