Self-Hypnosis for a Better Life Learn Techniques to Hypnotize Yourself

Learn Ways to Hypnotize Yourself. Spend three exciting Thursday evenings (PDT) with us, and discover how to make the most out of your mind to give you everything you want out of life.

If you want to learn pain management, weight management, and confidence-building skills, how to release fear and anxiety and improve sleep… this is a workshop for you.

Self-Hypnosis is a powerful tool that can help us achieve goals effortlessly. There are many benefits to intentionally hypnotizing yourself, for better performance; better memory; better creativity; better sleep; pain management; motivation versus procrastination; any behavioural change and emotional state control…. We will explore the power of the subconscious mind, and you will gain first-hand experience in achieving your best potential through relaxation.

This is a weekly gathering for three weeks, focusing on self-hypnosis techniques. In the class, not only do we learn tools to hypnotize ourselves, I, as the instructor, will engage your whole mind – conscious and subconscious – for the learning. So that it becomes easier to practice on your own.

Very informative, enjoyed it very much! Learned a lot and loved being provided with clearer information and wisdom on a topic which I was not familiar with.

Emanuel

Excellent, I love all of Kemila’s classes.

Michelle

The first Self-Hypnosis class was a great intro to hypnosis. I felt I learned a lot in that class.

Sean

It was great. I really enjoyed it and learned lots. I can’t wait to get started with my new tools, especially the Light Switch Technique. I am so pumped. I couldn’t wait to get home and start practicing. Thank you Kemila, I am so glad I came to your class.
