We would like you to take this home study course for three weeks, so you’ll have time to practice the techniques you learn each week. Each session entails a Mind Reset technique, a topic of the day, and a Self-Hypnosis techniques. You will also be guided to hypnotic trances so you’ll learn them with your whole mind. The class was recorded in October 2023 with live audience in person and online. Now you get to have access to them and review them multiple times. The purchase will give you access to video recordings and handouts.

Some tracks have hypnotic suggestions and relaxation, so please don’t operate heavy machinery or driving when listening. The sessions are recorded with a small live audience who offered their real-life examples and participated in the workshop.

SESSIONS

1. Week 1: Self-Talk and Simple Statement Technique
Starting with an inner reflection of how you’d like this class to be a great one for you and what your participation in it. Then we dive into how practicing Self-Hypnosis can help you. We use a Mind Reset “Stop and Stare” to quiet the mind and prepare us for further learning, and daily use.
To practice Self-Hypnosis is to gain control over your own mind, so it works its magic for you. Understanding the four things about your subconscious mind that you need to know, you can forma powerful partnership with your own subconscious mind. You will then learn “Simple Statement Technique” and practice for a week on one area of your life.

2. Week 2: Asking the Right Questions and Magnetic Hands Technique
After a short review of the four things about your subconscious mind that you need to know, we use 3-2-1 Method to do Mind Reset, which brings you to a mini trance. We’ll learn how to phrase a question in a way that’s more empowering, and what kind of questions to avoid in your life so you don’t have to walk the path of confusion and disempowerment. We’ll introduce and practice a fun Magnetic Hands Technique for your Self-Hypnosis trance formation. And in the class, you’ll be guided into a hypnotic trance for Deep Thoughts and Power State Priming.

3. Beliefs and Keywords Technique
We’ll first practice a centering technique as Mind Reset, before we discuss what beliefs are and where do they come from, as well as its self-reinforcing nature; how some subconscious “hidden” beliefs can control our life for the worse; however, bringing them to light we help us releasing them and allow our life to be better. We’ll combine Fractionation and Keywords Techniques to identify and change a belief. You will then be guided to meet your future self who’s living the reality that you dream before we wrap up the sessions.
