SESSIONS:

1. Introduction and Definitions Intuition (30:35)
We start with the entire course overview, which is followed by many names for intuition, and how we have to use negatives to define intuition as it’s not tangible. An example of a real-life experience was shared and discussed. Kemila shared how she intuitively changed her name shortly after she arrived in Canada. The concept of hypnosis is introduced. And elements of intuition.

2. Positive and Negative Examples of Intuition (04:38)
This short segment starts with a participant sharing her own positive intuitive story, and Kemila sharing a negative example of not listening to one’s intuition.

3. A Guided Experience (18:21)
You are guided gradually into a deep hypnotic state, to heighten inner senses, and cultivate inner awareness. And we set up an intuitive anchor, to open to intuition, to explore the intuitive self.

4. Your Intuitive Style (11:45)
Everybody intuits in their own way, visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, cognizant, or olfactory. Workshop participants have an open discussion if intuition happens to a certain group of people or a certain era.

5. Card Reading Exercise and Homework (30:25)
Class participants are guided for a “card reading” exercise. Please use a deck of tarot cards or the kind to follow along. You are encouraged to play this game with someone else, or a few, however, you can do it on your own. There are a few minutes of silence for you to do the exercise. Some participants sharing the experience are kept in the recording.

6. A Guided Experience: Find Your Intuitive Style (18:30)
We start with a guided experience to distinguish between your conscious thought processes and your primary experience of intuition. For most people, there is an inner subjective difference between when they think and when they intuit. Learning to distinguish how the two functions sound and seem and feel within you will help you know when your intuitions are active and when you’re just thinking or projecting.

7. The Mechanism of Intuition (19:05)
A discussion of the difference between intuition and guessing starts this segment. We talk about the mechanism of intuition and the importance of staying neutral.

8. Find a Question to Your Intuitive Self (19:37)
Now to put your intuitive channel of communication to use, it’s time to ask direct questions of your intuition. We learn what kind of questions to ask first. Get a question ready in your mind for your intuition self before we get to the next segment.

9. Guided Experience: Ask a Question for Intuitive Answer (09:26)
Please read handout 2 first before you get into the experience. Then with your question(s) in your mind, let Kemila guide you into your intuitive self. (Please note at about 5 minutes, the volume will increase.)

10. Objections and Resolution (23:02)
Identify five intuition blockages, or objections, or obstacles: fear of the unknown, embarrassment, can’t close the door once open, habitual negative self-talk, information explosion. Three kinds of intuitions.

11. Remote Viewing Exercise (16:17)
Have your notepad ready. Please follow with the excise. Locate a friend or a family member in the exercise, and verify with them later.

12. Guided Experience: Find Your Intuitive Symbol (14:48)
The intuitive information is largely symbolic. To start, Kemila will guide you into an experience so that you’ll find your own unique symbol to work with.

13. Guided Experience: Learn Your Symbolic Language (18:30)
Participants share their symbols. Then Kemila guides you into another experience to learn your own unique symbolic language to play with. Please refer to handout 3.

14. Guided Experience: Use Symbol to Ask a Future Question (29:04)
Now that we have found the symbol, and learned the language of your symbol, it’s time to form a question for the future and play with the intuitive symbol for the answers to that question. Please refer to handout 4. The exercise is followed by participants’ sharing. Please refer to handout 4.

15. First Impressions Reading (49:23)
Some call this psychometry. In this segment, you are guided to an experience to find out the first impressions of someone you don’t know. So to prepare, get a picture or an item of someone who you know nothing of, but preferably from someone who can verify the information for you later on. Participants share their readings. Please refer to handout 5.
