First appointment (2 hours) $160.00.
We will review the assessments, have an indepth discussion about your answers and presenting issues, then we will introduce you to hypnosis, and agree to a plan that will get you the results you are looking for.
$105 per 1 hour session after that. $160 for two hours.
Each session is at $105, including the first session. Each session can take up to two hours. The total payment on the first appointment is $315.
We encourage you to buy 5 session treatment package for $450, payment on the first appointment – That’s an average of $90/session. And since you are committed with yourself, and make it easier for us to plan and pace, we are generous with time. Yes this includes the first assessment session too. As sometimes we cannot determine how long it takes beforehand, as one issue can lead to another unresolved earlier problem, this allows us to have a process for different phases. On average, it takes 4 – 6 sessions for a permanent change to take place, thus the 5 session package.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
For example, Sun Life has advised that although Hypnotherapy services are not listed under regular health benefits (under Psychology visits, etc), they could be covered under a plan’s Health Spending Account.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
